We will be working with a select few Soccer players in this area to help them advance their athletic performance. Yes we will only work with a select few (via our assessment test and availability). Sport Specific Movements

Only the moves that count. We only use movements and exercises that develop athletic performance. IE a soccer player doesn’t not need to know how much they can bench for 5 rep max. If we were to train that specific movement how much time would we be taking away from say the squat or deadlift? If we do what do we gain?- Nothing….
