The biggest deficit I have seen in kids over the years is the level of their confidence. I think a lot of you will agree and more so with girls. If you can agree with hat now the question is how do we improve it with their enthusiastic participation. Which we need for it to stick and have become comfortable with their new sense of confidence. I have created a system of confidence development that can be applied to any kid and they have a blast doing it.
